AXSOS, the #1 on the winner’s podium – MSP 2023
Once again this year, the search was on for the best managed service provider in Germany. On behalf of COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, a total of 1,437 IT user companies from various industries and sizes were asked to evaluate a total of 974 managed service and cloud projects.
This exciting survey was conducted by the renowned iSCM Institute and included a diverse group of CIOs, IT managers, IT administrators, managing directors and department heads. Customers had the opportunity to rate their MSP partners on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being “very poor” or “extremely unlikely” and 10 being “very good” or “highly likely”. There was a total of 100 points to be scored in each category.

- #2 – Response times and availability (24×7 service desk) – 74 points
- #4 – Speed of service delivery – 67 points
- #4 – Price-performance ratio – 67 points
- #4 – Support in transforming IT processes and increasing efficiency – 67 points
- #6 – Industry expertise – 67 points
- #9 – Security, stability, high availability of services – 67 points
- #12 – 1st and 2nd level support – 52 points
- #16 – Compliance with agreed SLAs – 60 points
- #30 – Portfolio breadth – 37 points
