Frank Mueller
Chief Executive Officer

Frank is a passionate IT expert and visionary entrepreneur. He loves and believes in peace and liberty. These values are more than just words to him. They are the result of great awareness, responsibility, and a solid foundation. His foundation is his faith in Jesus and His unconditional love for humanity. Frank builds his great visions on this foundation, such as working for peace in the Holy Land. He is not afraid to realize creative and sometimes unconventional ideas, such as founding a medium-sized company that spans four countries and cultures and offers its employees a lot of freedom. Establishing a bootcamp academy in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic is certainly one of these ventures. Through these efforts, Frank creates new innovations and added value for his customers and the people who journey with him. With more than 32 years of IT expertise and 15 years as an entrepreneur, Frank helps other entrepreneurs focus on their core business and translate their requirements into technological possibilities and implementations. His team and he can translate these requirements into a customized IT strategy, processes, and technologies. Frank always has a heart for the people he supports and wants to encourage them to break new ground and develop their potential. Frank is open to exchanging ideas with people who do not see values as CSR or marketing chatter but as the basis of their actions. He seeks to connect with people who want to change the world for the better. Additionally, those who are looking for his or his team’s support on the path to the cloud, digitalization, or the use of AI are also welcome.

Rolf Stephan
Chairman–of–the Supervisory Board

His enthusiasm for information technology led Rolf Stephan to study computer science and to graduate at the University of Karlsruhe, today known as KIT / Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Since then, Rolf Stephan has been working in the IT sector and knows this industry inside out – nationally and internationally. For more than 25 years he has focused on the international collaboration of experts across all cultures. He also pursued this approach at his first company he founded, AD Solutions AG, which quickly established as a renowned international IT service provider with several branch offices in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the USA. Since 2010 Rolf  Stephan has been COO and General Manager of AXON IVY AG, headquartered in Switzerland, where he is responsible for the internationalization of the company. He is also a co-founder and member of the supervisory board of bamero AG with its registered office in Constance, Germany. Since 2009 he has been working for AXSOS AG as investor, shareholder and chairman of the supervisory board.

Stephan Fritz
Chief Financial Officer

Stephan is responsible for the economic topics of Axsos AG and its subsidiaries. As an apprentice and student, Stephan got to know large companies from the inside, after which he worked for over 10 years in various management positions in the non-profit sector. His main areas of expertise are HR, controlling, and shaping change processes. What Stephan particularly appreciates about his current role is the mix of operational and strategic work in an international context: his team in Finance and HR supports employees and managers alike in fulfilling their tasks. His aim is to ensure that their values are also recognizable in their administrative processes.

 

Martin Mueller
Head of Digital Infrastructure

As a technology enthusiast and committed leader, Martin has been helping companies in the IT industry to shape the future of work for over 20 years. Thanks to his quick thinking and ability to develop effective solutions, he can articulate a clear vision of what our future way of working will look like. Step by step, he overcomes challenges and drives us forward into the future. However, Martin does not accomplish these tasks alone. He has a competent team that he can fully trust and rely on. Together, they overcome every hurdle! Through positive, critical thinking, the second-best solution often leads to incremental success – after all, even an empire wasn’t built in a day. This approach makes Martin unique in his role, and he looks forward to working with you on the path to the future.

Bernd Laenge
Head of Digital Security

Bernd has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years and advises customers and interested parties on cybersecurity issues, as well as on the development and implementation of information security management and data protection. In this role, he acts as an external data protection and information security officer for clients. It is important to him to take a pragmatic approach and work closely with customers, partners and manufacturers to ensure that customers’ corporate security is up to scratch.

Jamil Isayyed
Head of Digital Processes and Digital Education

Jamil, an experienced professional in Digital Processes, possesses a rich international background in the information technology and services industry, spanning across Germany, Greece, and Palestine. His educational journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. Jamil’s passion revolves around leadership and building high-performance teams that deliver exceptional experiences and create valuable opportunities for customers. In addition to his primary role, he serves as the Acting Director for AXSOS Academy GmbH. In this capacity, he leads a dynamic German-Palestinian boot camp designed to empower youth to enter the IT market and build successful careers.
