The previous data update process was error-prone, time-consuming, and placed an unnecessary burden on administrative staff. Axsos collaborated with the EVG to develop a digital member portal that automates, simplifies, and makes the administration process transparent.

There was no central digital platform through which members could update their data directly and securely on their own. Without automated validation, incorrect or incomplete entries were commonplace. Staff members were tied up with routine manual work instead of focusing on value-added tasks.
